Terms Of Use By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Pricing & Information Whilst every reasonable care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this website, prices, descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. Also we cannot accept responsibility for any error or omissions.

 

Imported goods Many items we stock are from mainland Europe and are subject to minimum orders, delivery times and charges. We will endeavour to minimise charges for specific orders where possible and will advise you accordingly.

 

Delays We cannot be held responsible for any delays in goods arriving at our store. We will endeavour to keep you updated of any changes to timings in delivery.

 

Out of stock We cannot always foresee if an item is out of stock even after we have checked the current stock level(s) with our supplier. Some items may be discontinued without notice. We cannot be held responsible in any way or form for these events. Paid or partially paid orders will be refunded in full as soon as we can however no interest or losses can be claimed.

 

Returns

 

Quality of service is important to us therefore, we will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and that you are happy with your purchase. Each order will be carefully picked and packaged to ensure that it travels safely to you. In the interests of recycling, we will at times re-use packaging but this will not reduce the level of safety or security for your order.

 

DAMAGES OR ERRORS In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order we apologise. Please get in touch by email as quickly as possible (within 3 days) providing where possible a photo of any damaged items. We will then agree appropriate next steps with you. We will be happy to replace or refund the item in full including, if appropriate and agreed, any return shipping costs for standard Royal Mail First Class Registered post (please enclose receipts).

 

NOT HAPPY We hope that you will be happy with your order however in accordance with distance selling regulations, items can be returned undamaged for any reason within 14 days of delivery and a complete refund (excluding shipping) will be given. The item must be unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging.

 

For items being refunded, we can only refund the cost of the item and not the shipping. When an item is being returned to us, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and we suggest that you request a proof of purchase or use a Registered service.

 

Once any returned items have been checked, we will arrange a refund within 3-5 days of the product being received by Huus to you original method of payment. It can take longer for this refund to appear in your bank account and 1-2 cycles if paying by credit card. If there is any delay, we will contact you by email.
