We are delighted that you have chosen to order products from Huus. Quality of service is important to us therefore, we will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and that you are happy with your purchase. Each order will be carefully picked and packaged to ensure that it travels safely to you. In the interests of recycling, we will at times re-use packaging but this will not reduce the level of safety or security for your order.


Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Certain restrictions apply:

- The delivery address is in a remote area that is not covered by a standard Royal Mail service and requires a premium postal method.

- The order is unusually large or bulky.


For items not covered by standard Royal Mail service in the UK or to go abroad, we please ask you to contact us directly to discuss shipping methods and costs.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt subject to credit clearance and stock availability. Orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday will typically be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class post the following day.


Deliveries are expected to arrive with UK customers within 3-4 working days from dispatch. A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delay and will not refund postage charges.


We use Paypal to manage payments which gives a secure checkout for all major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal accounts. PayPal is one of the largest online payment processors in the world.


The prices of our products include VAT.


Delivery is subject to stock availability and having full credit card authorisation. Our online shop is updated on an ongoing basis however in the event that an item is temporarily out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:

- Cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.

- Choose an alternative that we have in stock.

- We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.
